BIM Manager (m/f/d) for our Berlin office
The Berlin office of Gerber Architekten International is looking for a BIM Manager (m/f/d) with suitable experience for an exciting, international mega project.

Your key qualifications:
- Completed studies as an architect or civil engineer (f/m/d)
- At least 6 years of professional experience
- Major experience in the management and execution of BIM projects of large scale
- BIM specific knowledge on Revit
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as goal-oriented, pragmatic approach
- Extensive experience modelling on Revit
- In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks, with experience of running clash detection, and producing clash reports
- Good knowledge of 2D/3D AutoCAD, and Rhinoceros
- Excellent communications skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
- Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Overall BIM coordination of complex construction project
- Responsible for BIM standards, development, implementation, workflow and enforcement
- The coordination of BIM standards and relevant CAD standards
- Creation and maintenance of the software Template files to assure standard
- Automate routines in BIM to support standards and productivity
- Provide quality control for completeness
- Train and oversee the day-to-day activities to ensure BIM standards are maintained
- Assist on project work - modeling and detailing
- Ensuring that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project
- Supporting and auditing the project team and flagging non-compliances
