Our company is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales departments in the CEE region (Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania and Poland). We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales. In this position, you will be challenged to lead the sales process in the world of digital boom.

IN ONE YEAR YOU'LL KNOW YOU WERE SUCCESSFUL IF

  • You've achieved growth and sales targets by successfully managing the CEE sales team.
  • You've upskilled the team's ability to drive sales wins by participating in and leading client and prospect meetings.
  • Your team's closure rates have increased and customer churn has decreased because of your direct coaching and mentorship.
  • Stakeholders across the sales teams and rest of the company trust you and are eager to support and provide resources to your team.
  • You know the intricacies of your teams' sales activity and track the results to inform your forecasts and individual development plans.
  • Together with your team you've set OKRs which are leading you to success.

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • 5+ years of hands-on sales.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in coaching and developing a high performing sales team.
  • Proven track record and good familiarity in the global Digital markets.
  • MUST be a self-starter, be able to manage your own time, and work in a highly collaborative environment.
  •  Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with both internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Ability to function in a Player/Coach capacity.
  • You communicate expressively with your teams and at C-level in English.
